Axiom Clinical Client is a comprehensive yet easily understood program for the
Hospice Caregiver. Axiom Internet Commerce’s (AIC) Product accommodates a
thorough first visit, brief or extended follow on visits or a wide-range of
physician’s orders. The program records two types of data; static information
that does not change but is editable and changing information that is added to
and cumulative. Therefore there are two forms of screens, those that merely
require an OK to verify completion and those that require a SAVE. Examples of
static information would be insurance information or date of birth/start of
care. Examples of fluid or changing information would be vital signs, pain
assessment or wound care.
The program can be used as a stand-alone, Local Program as a documentation tool for independent users or small agencies or a Network Program for medium to large organizations used together with the Office System with daily communications between the mobile units and the office PC’s. This allows coordination among multiple caregivers and office personnel as well as ensuring the treatment information are stored in a timely manner. |
